Time clock with a location check
People clock in and out from their phone. Punches outside the job site are flagged for review, never silently blocked. A shared kiosk code covers sites with one tablet.
Timesheets you can send to payroll
Hours, breaks and overtime add up per pay period. Managers approve and lock them, and you export to Excel.
Forms, checklists and tasks
Build your own forms with conditional questions, photos, signatures and location. Assign checklists that need photo proof, or hand out a quick to-do.
Chat and company updates
Group chats, direct messages and a company-wide announcement feed with read counts, in the same app as the schedule.
Documents and e-signature
Send a contract or policy to someone and they read and sign it on their phone. Each signature records the time, address and a fingerprint of exactly what was signed.
Time off
Policies with balances, requests with a note or a doctor’s letter, approvals, and approved leave flagged when you schedule someone.
People, groups and roles
Owner, admin, manager and employee roles. Group people by team or tag, qualify them for particular jobs, and see the app exactly as one of them sees it.
Records you can trust
An activity log of who changed what, compliance documents with expiry dates, and tools to export or erase a person’s data.
